At Mylk The Label, we want you to love your purchase; if a piece isn't quite right, we offer returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all garment tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the parcel.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 3 business days of your request.
Receive Your Credit
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue your store credit via email within 5-7 business days.
